Since 2020 year, as a social media activist and Global Peace Ambassador, Sofonie Dala has been promoting the following initiatives in order to fight against covid-19 pandemic: * Africa Educates Her Campaign* From August 2020 to April 2021, we have been running the great campaign to bring awareness around issues that hinder girls and women from accessing education. The main objective of ''Girls Back to School After Lockdown Campaign'' is to certify that there is no weak compliance to COVID-19 measures in schools and also to help us understand why children and youth, and especially parents and families, may experience anxiety and concern (as schools reopen)". Our campaign came to an end, collecting over 100 video interviews series of 100 internet broadcast webisodes. Over 100 Angolan women and girls from primary school to higher education were interviewed, participants are aged between 5 to 30+ years old. 2. * Stronger than Covid-19* I got certified in design thinking for developing products, services and solutions to the challenges faced by people in her community like hunger, misinformation & trust, depression, income insecurity and stalled learning. 3. *Corona Voice* The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a dramatic loss of human life worldwide and presents an unprecedented challenge to education, public health, food systems and the world of work. We launched the “Corona Voice” show to provide a space for young women and men around Angola to share their views, experiences and initiatives. The heroes of the program are the most ordinary citizens - they share with the audience their songs, dance, poems and real stories of how the coronavirus pandemic affected their lives. 4.Thought for food - Zero Hunger * Our main challenge is to seek all kinds of solutions to address the prevailing question: “How do we feed 10bn people on a hotter planet?”
